Shipping policy

You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and delivery times on orders differ dependent upon the item. Typically, they are processed within 7-14 business days. Items may ship sooner depending on order volume or if they are ready to ship. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 business days for orders within the US.

There have been significant delays on tracking with USPS due to nationwide shipping delays due to COVID-19, Holiday volumes, or inclement weather. These may impact your ETA on delivery date.

You will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 48 hours for the portal to update. 

If you have not received your package, please contact me at saviitees@gmail.com and I can help you in locating your order. 

Additional notes: Savii Tee's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once it is with USPS, we no longer have any control. Please contact USPS to file a lost package. If your package is returned back to me within an insufficient or incorrect address, additional shipping fees will be applied to re-ship to the correct address.

If you are local to Ortonville, MI (48462) and would like to pick up your order, you are welcome to. I will send you an email or message letting you know your order is ready for pickup and provide instructions. You must pick up your order within 7 DAYS.
